Powdered sugar is a shredded sugar. Its parts are so tiny that their size is usually not more than 0.2 mm! Our powdered sugar composition contains three elements: sucrose — 99.7%, moisture — 0.01%, and reducing substances — 0.02%.%.

Store at an air temperature of not more than 40oC and relative humidity of not more than 75%.
